Chat Health

The School Nursing service is very excited to be launching ChatHealth,  this is an anonymous text messaging service for parents of 5 -19 year olds and for 11-19 year olds.  

The service will be able to offer parents/carers advice and support on many topics such as sleep, behaviour, parenting, healthy eating, bedwetting, emotional health & wellbeing, managing medical conditions.

For 11-19 year olds advice will be available on issues such as relationships, drugs & alcohol, smoking, self-harm, anxiety, stress, bullying, low mood. This service has been well received where it has already been running in different parts of the UK.
