Year 9 AAA Pop Up Restaurant
The Year 9 AAA group has been working hard all term to prepare for the launch of their very own pop-up restaurant. They handpicked the menu, with each dish carefully practised and perfected. The final selection included:
Loaded Nachos: Homemade nachos made from scratch, fried and topped with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
Chicken or Halloumi Gyros: Served with homemade tzatziki and accompanied by a fresh Greek tabbouleh.
Homemade Pavlova: A delicious pavlova topped with fresh fruit and a berry coulis.
When the big night arrived, the canteen was packed with excited relatives and teachers. A team of helpful Sixth Formers assisted with serving and ensuring guests had everything they needed.
The food received rave reviews, and the students are eagerly awaiting their 5-star ratings on TripAdvisor!
