Waingels, a popular 11-18 school where students achieved above national average in all measures and was identified as “continuing to be good” in a recent OFSTED inspection, is seeking to appoint a second in department for Geography teaching from KS3-5.
This is a key role within the school and would be ideal for an experienced practitioner who already has experience of a subject leadership position or is seeking their first TLR in a subject setting.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Subject for Geography, leading on agreed aspects of Geography teaching across the department and making a significant contribution to this highly successful department and promoting Geography in the school and local community.
